It is common that new clients come to us because of dissatisfaction with the work of their accountant, or tax preparer.  We can review your return and assure you the work was good, or not.

NEW CLIENTS

We get many new clients every year Thank you!  We welcome all of you and assure you that we will do our best to meet your needs.  IF we make an error we will correct it free and if required, we will do an amended return for free.  If our error created an audit, we will do the audit free.  However, we have a very low rate of audits, and very few errors.  Even I you forgot something an we have to amend your return and something that triggers an audit, we will work with you and see you through the problem.  We will never send you to someone else when the hard problems come up.  We want your business, rain or shine!

REFERALS

You are the life blood of our business.  We have grown over the years by happy clients sending their friends and family here to use our services.  Thank you again!  If you are not happy with your tax service call make an appointment to meet us and we will help you.  If you are being audited come over and see us.

Both Sumner and Wanda can practice before the IRS…of course the secret is to do clean business and never have an audit.

AUDITS

We are available if you are one of the lucky 2% chosen at random for an audit and we will represent you at the IRS or the state…Check around most folks cannot offer you professional experienced help on an audit.  We know, as we get referrals ever year from those that could not get help from the tax service they had selected.

STATE RETURNS

We do returns from about 15 States each year.  WE can do every state return all counties in the US and all cities that require a tax return.  Almost all of our out of state returns are from our children moving away.  We miss them, but at least keep in contact with them.

CORPORATE RETURNS

We do federal and all state corporate returns 1120 and 1120 S returns.

LLC and partnership returns

These are usually small companies often requiring special help.  We offer many special mentoring services to the small business.

Investment Advice

I am a retired stock broker, with extensive residential, commercial, rental property experience.  I have been to dozens of investment seminars and understand how exciting these offers can be.  We do not sell you a thing, but we can save you a lot of worry by looking into an opportunity offered to you.

Sumner understand the language, the risks, the current markets and can give you enough education in a short interview to help you choose what is right for you now.

NOTE not much can be trusted in the summer of 2010.  Bonds have a down side, stocks are unstable, Real Estate is not responding to massive Government spending, and the average person has no idea what to do.

Estate problems

It is bad enough that mom or dad dies ….  There are many problems that can be resolved with knowledgeable professional that are not part of the problem.

Simple greed is often the problem and a referee can move through each issue with no personal attachment to the outcome.

Feelings are saved and the best way is often found without costly fighting that may take weeks, months or even years of wasted time.  I have seen whole estates wasted in these fights that could have been settled quickly and at a low cost.

Mediation Services

That means to work with both sides in a dispute in an attempt to help them to reach an agreement.  Sumner has completed his Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia Mediation course of training. We turn down or refer a lot of this work

It is a long ordeal, but we can assist you in getting first class help if we choose not to take your case.

Divorce

Divorce can have a enormous effect on both of you for years.  There are many tax issues in ever divorce.  Understand your choices before you see your attorney.  Understand attorneys are NOT TAX Experts.  If you do not understand the costs of 10 years with a bad tax decision that only affects one party that could have saved tens of thousands of dollars (better spend on the kids unstead of to Uncle Sam.
